Laketha Payton – Ayers Career College Staff Testimonial

My name is Laketha Payton, and I am an administrative assistant here at Ayers Career College. I assist the office, as well as the staff, the students, and whatever they need assisting in.

The students here are awesome! They’re great people to work with, and they are very enthusiastic and just really wanting to succeed in life. The best part of my job here is working with the students. Getting to know all of the different characteristics of the students here, that is my favorite part!

Advice that I would give someone who’s coming to Ayers for the first time is to just be yourself and know that the people here are caring people who want to help you, and there’s no need to worry about anything because they’re just friendly and everyday people who just want to help you.

When students come, potential students, they are nervous. I always tell them – being that I sit in the front I’m the first face that they see – they don’t have anything to be nervous about because we want them to succeed, and so they don’t need to have any fear or any doubts or worry, because we’re here to help them!
