The CompTIA Network+ is a mid-level certification for network technicians to ensure they understand network design, cabling, hardware setup, configuration, installation, support, and troubleshooting. Ayers’ CompTIA Network+ Certification Prep Course will teach students how to configure, manage, and maintain functional networks and essential network devices. It will also explain how to implement network security standards and protocols. At the end of this CompTIA Network+ Certification Prep Course, students will understand how to identify both the benefits and drawbacks of existing, modern-day network configurations and troubleshoot network problems.
Ayers CompTIA Network+ Certification Information:
Program Length: The CompTIA Network+ Certification Prep Course is taught two evenings a week, in a period of four weeks, for a total of 48 clock hours.
The Network+ exam tests a networking technician’s ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support a network, and understand various aspects of networking technologies, including TCP/IP and the OSI model. It also tests knowledge of network components and functions in association with the OSI model, network cabling, network security, and network troubleshooting.
