The Electrical Technician (ET) training program at Ayers Career College is taught by instructors who have worked in the electrical field for many years. They cover everything from wiring and circuit basics to motor controls and programmable logic controllers (PLCs), giving students the skills needed for work in plants, commercial buildings, and data centers. The ET instructors also help connect students with local employers across northwest Louisiana, starting with a 120-hour externship before graduation.

The Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC-R) training program at Ayers Career College is led by certified technicians who boast years of experience in the industry. They bring expertise in both traditional HVAC systems and emerging green technologies, preparing students for the evolving energy efficiency demands of the industry. Our HVAC-R instructors maintain strong relationships with employers in Shreveport, Bossier City, and beyond who regularly recruit our graduates.
