March 21: NTHS Induction Ceremony
Congratulations to our newest National Technical Honor Society inductees: Shana Barrett, Jennifer Bridges, Nicholas Burks, Tammy Case, Kiara Hall, Drake Hottinger, Wilford Short, William Swaim, Raleigh Thomas, Amber Windham, and Aubree Woodson.
The National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) serves over 3,800 secondary and post-secondary schools in all 50 states. To be inducted into the NTHS, students must meet all requirements set by the school. Membership benefits include helping students apply for scholarship opportunities, building career portfolios, and recognizing students for their achievement in career and technical education.
NTHS strives to bring well deserved recognition, scholarship opportunities, and career opportunities to students who excel in one of the 108 career and technical educational fields as their profession.

Ayers Students Presented with NTHS Award Certificates
Ayers Career College Academic Services Director Phillip Summers presented official National Technical Honor Society packets to the latest student inductees!
The National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) is the acknowledged leader in the recognition of outstanding student achievement in career and technical education. Ayers Career College is one of thousands of schools affiliated with the Society. NTHS honors the achievements of leading career and technical education students, provides scholarships, and cultivates excellence in today’s highly competitive, skilled workforce.

As a member of the NTHS, students are recognized for their achievement in career and technical education. The Society helps member students apply for scholarships, build career portfolios with professional letters of recommendation, and connects them to a wide variety of career and technical education networks.

HVAC Students take home Tool Kits
On Thursday, October 27, 2016, six Heating and Air Conditioning graduates were awarded tool kits packaged in monogrammed Ayers Career College tool bags. These graduates were recognized in front of their classmates for successfully completing their program of study.
Program Coordinator Maurice Jackson distributed the tool kits to David Inman, Eric Robinson, Julius Walpool, Marshall Hatcher, Robert Henderson, and Trenton Hall.
